Few hotstart themes in one joomla

Hello, I bought few templates on hotThemes, and of course I installed one of them by hotstart and
I am using it but I want to ask about something.

How I can make website how: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/ with Changing templates?

Is there any easy way to install two templates with two different contents by hotstart?

If yes so how I should do it to have for example:
If I will choose in PA Corporate template than I will see this template with it content from hot start, and if I will choose in PA Politics I will see this template with Politics content?

You can install few template and assign to different menu items.

But how I can install second template with his content?

You will have to set it manually without hot-start. Install just template then configure it. You can install as many templates as you need.

If you are talking about some way to show off your work you can have central site with links to different hot start installations
