Hi!
I did install after all instructions the hotjommlatemplate with FileZila to the server and now I get all the time an "error 404" site not found. I did unzip the "hotstart" template first and then uploaded via FileZila to my hosting account, but it don't want work. I also check before the 755 folders and 644 files and everything is in the right folder: www.mysite.com/subfoder/hot_watches25_hotstart/index.php
but then I get an "error with 404 page not found" and the browser with the "joomla installation" doesnt open.

Can you help me please?
Thanks
Vladi

Hi Vladi,

What template you are using? I will need your site link and FTP access. You can send data privately if you click on the "Report to moderator" button.

Thanks

Hi Milos,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm a lifetime member with you and hot themes. I downloaded the template "hot_watches25 and did uploaded on my server. Everything will be o.k., but the joomla installation in the browser doesn't open. Before the upload to the server, I have unziped the hotstart template (exatly concerning your instructions of hot themes).

This is the path: www.bednarcom.com/web/ho_wa25_hotstart/index.php ( /web/ is the folder)

but it doesn't work. Then I tryed with a path: www.bednarcom.com/web/index.php and it also didn't open the installation and I received again an "error 404 page not found" in both cases. Then I asked my hosting company, if the path for this joomla installation is o.k. and they confirmed to me that it should work.

Do you know the path? What is wrong?

Thank's for your feedback.

Vladi

Hello,

You can upload the files in the root folder or in a subfolder. However, I can't tell you exactly where until I don't see how your hosting is configured. For this I need your FTP access.

Thanks
