Email Cloaking

Hello,

I have seen that the email addresses in the source code of the websites are not cloaked, but just show up as normal mailto links. And this although the Email Cloaking plugin of Joomla! is activated.

Please help me how I can cloak the emails in Joomla!

I don't know much about this as this is not related to our templates or extensions. Learn more about this in official documentation docs.joomla.org/How_to_cloak_email_addresses or try installing a different extension for email cloaking.

Just for informative matters:

I decided to use an online tool to cloak email adresses because I can't cope with the instructions in your link. 

The tool I used to cloak email adresses in HTML is:  www.email-encoder.com/

Another tool is:  jumk.de/nospam/stopspam.html

Both work fine.
