Position Spacing for Modules was created by mikegro
How do we change the padding (the space between the bottom of the block (or black block) and the last line of text in that block on the Advert 1-4 section and the User 5 through 8 section... its a bit large - ie. a lot of space between the last line of text and the bottom's edge. Its late tonight so maybe I missed it but I didnt see it in an of the CSS files.

Can you send us some picture describing that places where you want to change padding, and your site link.

Your demo has it too...
demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=mobility
The space between where it says "Learn more about it here" in the Reflection part at the bottom... the space between that and the bottom of that block... (the black)... there is execess space in each of those... Hot Start, Lightbox Enabled... Our Resources is ok but that isnt custom text...
also in the advert section... Hot Joomla Gallery, Hot Carousel, SEO friendly... the bottom padding is a bit excessive... where can I change that?
