I already changed that when i placed our logo but isn't working.

I don't understand problem then. What is banner on your site? Site looks fine to me, except Hot Joomla Gallery module that should be wider (set this in module parameters).

That's the Hot Joomla Gallery I'm referring to, in the parameters nothing refers to the width, and when i place the image description it shrinks, if i remove it, everything gets fine.

Please download the latest version of Hot Joomla Gallery (free) from our website. Then unpack it and upload all files by FTP to the /modules directory (overwrite old files). Then go to the module parameters and you'll see option to change module's width and height.

the links in the TopPanel should be white, but they're in black...is there any other configuration I should change for it?

Please try to change color:#ffffff; to color:#ffffff !important;
