Problem with Hot Start

Hello, I installed the hot start mobility template but i am having problems with the installation.

I install thru ftp, for the site mysite.com , on this page I am getting index of /

and at mysite.com/index.php , i am getting an 404 error
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have check everything and don't see any error or any mistake i have made. Is this an internal problem with the template installation?

I have done other hot start installation before and never had any problems.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.

It might be that permissions in your web folder are not allowing files to be read or executed. Check CHMOD , try to set it to 755, both for files and folders. CHMOD is changed using hosting panel file manager or you can install xEplorer RC5 if you can access admin area.
