There is no "template.cassiopeia.ltr" asset of a "preset" type in the registry

I see a lot of chatter about this, but unable to resolve, it is my first attempt at upgrading a site to Joomla 4.

Your upgrade failed and you must start from scratch.

It’s recommended to create a copy of your website and try the migration to Joomla 4 there.

Our templates, modules, or plugins will not break the migration process. So, even if you see any of our extensions marked as "Not compatible" on the Extensions Pre-update Check section, please ignore this warning. However, other extensions installed on your website may break it (check this with the extensions' developers).

When your website is upgraded to Joomla 4 and all content is migrated, you should download the Joomla 4 version of the template from our website (you will need an active subscription) and install it.
