Contact Form was created by mglennon

how do I put the contact form back on the contact us page..it just disappeared..am not sure what did I do wrong...thanks for the help!

Check if you:

1. Deleted/unpublished Contact Menu item. If yes, create new menu item (single contact) or publish existing.

2. Deleted/unpublished Contact in Contacts component. If yes, create new contact and menu item for this contact, or publish existing contact.
