HOT Gallery shows loading icon all the time

we are having the same kind of problem - the gallery module doesn´t show any picture.
We tried everything you suggested in order to fix it, but nothing worked out.

Is it working if you disable Hot Joomla Carousel on this page?

thanks for your answer. Unfortunately it does not work even if I disable the carousel...any other idea?

By the way, do you know why it is not possible to use ö or ä (german letters) in headlines?
