Way to show module and article text side by side

Hi, I like this module for a gallery slide show and I want to display the slideshow on left of my screen with small article text story on the right of the slideshow. I have not been able to figure out how to do this. I have assigned the module to advert1 and I think that it might take up entire width of screen so article is bumped below it. can you suggest how I can get them both side by side? My photos are 400 wide by 300 high so those are the settings i have used in the module parameters.

What you need is not possible with Hot Joomla Gallery without modifications in code. To make them you will need good CSS and Javascript knowledge.

That's bad news! I was hoping that there might have been a way within the HOT Photoportfolio template to assign the HJ Gallery to module position LEFT and have the main article position to the right. Isn't this possible? If necessary, I would be willing to sacrifice a little bit of image size in order to accomplish this.

Perhaps, I didn't understand you. Yes, you can assign Hot Joomla Gallery to the LEFT module position, however, you should reduce its width a lot (or increase LEFT column in template parameters).
