gallery not working

I just downloaded this great extension, but I can't get it to work!! Please help. I installed it, I was able to declare the position in my template, I was able to see it where I placed it, I can change the background color, size it, but I cannot see my images. I tried different ways to setup the location with no luck. i placed back the path that it came with "images/stories" and still nothing. can you please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

I ran HOT Joomla Slide without anything else installed and it works perfectly. Now, I need to install Phoca gallery and I know it will interfere with HOT Slide. Do you know of a way around it?

This is discussion about HOT Joomla Gallery, not about HOT Image Slider. Anyway, please give me link where you have problem, as I can't tell you much just by guessing.

I removed Phoca Gallery because it was interfering with the header slider. I then used the Gallery plugin and it gives me an error with the thumnails. ( javivilchis.com/joomla/index.php?option=...icle&id=21&Itemid=53 )I applied the code you suggested for other users, but it didn't work for me.

Also, how can I create more galleries so I can have sections showing the different pictures?
