Just sharing this experience: I used AccordionFAQ plugin, with NO conflict.
It's very easy to use, and compatible with Blog Menu.
I create 3 dofferent kinds of questions group, each one as a Single Article under category "FAQ". Each article had 10 questios each, and I used the AccordionFAQ plugin style to close them. Then, I created a category BLOG menu linked to category FAQ.
I used "read more" after an introdutory paragraph en each article as well. The categoy Blog menu worked perfectly with AccordionFAQ inside that articles.
