Contact component: miscelaneous information was created by elanna
Hi...
As I had informed in other topic, I'm not using your contact form, but FlexContact Form instead, due to a captcha and some other features it has.
On the other hand, your Contact Component has a nice features to show basic information as Logo, address, phone, and others, an I decided to keep this features actived in my website, by a "contact us" footer menu.
In your Contact Component you have an option to show "miscelaneous information". If set as "show", and we use the editor field with some information like "please, send your question by our contact form", I can link "contact form" to that FlexiContact Form menu in this case.
My question is: How to change the link title "Other Information" in your Contact component for a title like "Contact Form", to make that Contact Form link easyer to be found?

Try this file:
components\com_contact\views\contact\tmpl\default.php
or some other in same folder.

Ivan... I decided to follow this way (creative, in my opinion...rsrsrs):
In components\com_contact\views\contact\tmpl\default.php, I found the expression: "COM_CONTACT_OTHER_INFORMATION" as a title used in Hot Software contact component.
Then, I went to my language files and opened it, Ex.: en-GB.com_contact.ini, and found the correspondent translation to that original expression:
COM_CONTACT_OTHER_INFORMATION="Other Information"
I changed it for something like:
COM_CONTACT_OTHER_INFORMATION="Contact Form here"
In the editor field of this Hot Software contact component, I place a text with a link to my new contact form (using FelxiForm component).
P.S.: after updating the language pack in the future, i'll have to fix it again... but it's a piece of cake.
