Can't intall module

I had purchased hot_cars template and i found it amazing, also i downloaded from your site these components: mod_hot_joomla_carousel and mod_hot_joomla_gallery but i can't intall both of them because during installation process joomla put the following error message: JInstaller::File'/home/mysite/tmp/install .../jquery-1.3.2.min.js' does not exists, just as the image shows, please help!!

Download them again , clear tmp directory.
