Pagination problems - Help please

Hi there - I've installed the Hot Joomla Carousel to this page: exitrealtyfusion.com/agents.html and you can see that the pagination buttons extend far beyond the 500 px width I set for the carousel. They are functional, but overlap the right hand menu items so they are not working now. How can I fix that? I tried only using arrows and not pagination buttons, but when I disable pagination, that cuts the pictures height so you can barely see them. I'm not sure what is going wrong. Please help.

Please disable pagination. You have too many images to keep pagination enabled. Then I will see the problem with cutting of the pictures and look for a solution.

I just did, and with it using the vertical scroll, it doesn't cut off the pics. Maybe this is a decent solution to my problem.
