Module not saving

I've installed Hot Joomla Carousel 3.0.2 on Joomla 3.3.0 and when I create a new Hot Joomla Carousel module, the "Save" buttons do nothing. Obviously I can't do anything with it because of this. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Actually, it is looking like this isn't a problem for just this extension, but I can't get the "Save" buttons in any module or plug-in to work with a javascript error that Hash is not defined in validate.js. So I apologize that this question all of a sudden does not apply to this forum, but you're more than welcome to let me know if you happen to have a solution anyway! lol
