Installation Error was created by smbpower

JInstaller::install: File '/home/alicias/public_html/tmp/install_4de3e91bd551c/js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js' does not exist.

Please advise... I cannot install this module.

CHMOD(change permissions) of tmp folder to 777 - Full Access.
BTW.Can you install any other component?
