Won't show in Admin CPanel

Won't show in Admin CPanel was created by Mati11

I have installed, re-downloaded and re-installed but it just wont show under Modules in the Admin CPanel, I can see it is installed under Extensions but I am unable to do anything with it from there.

Is this a bug?

Using Joomla 1.6.3
Using latest version of Hot Joomla Carousel

I checked, it works fine. Check your permissions in Site > System Information > Directory permissions. All must be writable.
