Hi Milos,

how can I desactivate/delete these three buttons on the top of articles ? Is it a plug-in ?

Hi,

This is not a plugin, this is a joomla feature. You can enable/disable the icons in Article Manager > Preferences. Also, it can/should be disabled in Menu item's parameters (if it's enabled specially for this menu item).
