I wanted to replace the file segoe in the installation of joomla 1.6x I can not find the place where it should be. For joomla 1.5 x was in the directory /templates/hot_architecture/images in joomla 1.6x is probably in a different place

That file no longer exists in 1.6 template.

We replaced Segoe font with Google font that's compatible with all languages. Also, Segoe font couldn't work on IE9. Please dowload updated template.
