I am reading the source code from the browser and I saw very css and script inside head tags, this lot of code will not spoil the SEO ? I think this is a problem, dont is?

No, this dynamically generated CSS code have no implications to SEO. You can copy/paste it from the page source to the external file once you setup and configure the template.
