Install doesn´t work

Hi

Just downloaded architecture template and tried to install it on my testserver.

unziped and placed all files from hot deploy and chmod 755.

when I run the install I get error when I come to installing mysql script, I´m getting "INSTL_ERROR_INITIALISE_SCHEMA"

Is there a bug in the install script, have installe joomla the ordinary way with example data from joomla and that works just fine.

Need help resolving this.

the .zip package you got from us contains other install-able packages did you unpack it first.

Yes I unziped the "hot_architecture_j25_unzip_first.zip" and then uploaded and unziped the "hot_architecture25_hotstart.zip" to the server public htdocs. Then I did a chmod on all the dir to 755.

I pointed my browser to https://mysite/installation and when the mysql should be installed it halts with the error "INSTL_ERROR_INITIALISE_SCHEMA"

I have made the exakt same procedur with a zip from joomla and it works. I have now installed everything except your example data, but having difficult to understand how everything works. You should explain the placement of the modules in your pdf and if their is some special classes that should be used to get the site up and running.

Found a litle note here about the main menu, demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=architecture

"You need to type "nav" in Menu Tag ID of the top menu module (position User3). Menu Class Suffix should be empty. Menu style should be set to "list"."

This kind of things should be writen in a document inculded in the purchashe, i guess there will be a lot more of this and I will be spending a lot of time searching forum... ;(
