Unable to upload to FTP filezila

Hey y'all... I'm having issues uploading the file to Filezilla. I've unzipped it and everything appears to be fine... Then I get a critical error 550. All the files are there... Permissions are correct

Response: 250 Directory successfully changed.

Response: 257 "/"
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Switching to Binary mode.

Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (206,188,192,198,195,234)

Can anyone tell me what's going wrong?

Your hosting pannel probably has file manager (if cpanel 100%), use that file manager to upload hot_start file, then unpack it there using option in file manager. That is fastest and most reliable way

At every turn I am met with some serious road blocks. Now I am unable to log into Joomla... and trust me we've tried everything including going to my php to change the password. I'm now wondering if I can't just have a wordpress version. This is nothing but a nightmare and Register.com have gone has far as they can with helping me.

We don't have wp version for that template for now.

Then I am at a loss of what to do! I have purchased a programme that will not work... I have spent countless hours on the phone with others like Register.com, Joomla forums and my own tech guys to no avail. In other words I have a very useless template. What do you suggest? I really don't want to have to dispute the charge, you guys have been great... but I need a template that works so that I can build a website.
