I tried to upload but it goes sloooooow. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upload HotStart files for you. I recommend you to change hosting provider and use any of popular hosting providers, such as HostGator, Siteground...

Does this mean that I'm back to square one again?

Hi There,
Well I've uploaded all of the files onto the server. Now Joomla will not install, and nothing seems to happen when I installed Joomla open source one click directly from Register.com. I get a warning about file permissions but I made sure that all folders were set to 755 and all files to 644. Now what? This has been going on for almost four weeks.
