sorry for not responding sooner. was busy with work.
i managed to fix most of my problems by inspecting elements
with firefox and changing parameters on the fly for desired result.

now, can you just tell me how to insert hot joomla gallery into an article?

You can use loadpostion or loadmodule , see joomla docs
