How to change about-hot-clinic reference

That was it!!! Thank you very much... I have been going crazy where this reference was.... sure enough it was the alias of this menu item that was set as external url so I didnt see it, but as soon as i changed it I was able to see the alias and change it.

I have one more question if it isnt too much problem.

In the components section, K2, items, I see all the articles listed and I see all of them.
My question is why two articles, assigned to the same category have diferent urls:

www.farmaciamercedes.co.cr/index.php/item/12-alex

Why is one going to /farmacia-mercedes/extensions/k2/item-page-1 and the other to /item/12-alex?

The hot carousel that has images that turn around is visible on the /item/12-alex but not on the /extensions/k2/item-page-1 one. I only want this carousel to show on the main page, just on that one, and for tha I changed the module menu assigment, but I still see if in the other artciles. What is the difference that makes both artciles have different urls if they are on the same place,

In module assignment in module settings , select "Only on pages selected" mode then check in only menu items that point to home page .

Thabk you. That is what i needed. The page is now how i want it... the only thing left is if i access the page via mobile devices i see everything ok but i am missing the top menu... how can i access the top menu from web based device?
