I use the new template under www.massivhaus-neubau.de/

i have activate scroll to top button, but it is not displayed.
What must be changed?

Perhaps it's conflict with plugin jchoptimize, so you will have to disable it.

but with other templates from you and also using plugin jchoptimize it works every time f.e. www.zbo.de/

All I can see from Chrome Inspector is that file:

must not contain this:

}

and also this:

}

Optimizers are useful but they are making debugging impossible sometimes.
