I would like to ask how can i change the text at some points of the template, as i didnt find any module or article with this content.

More specifically:

Hello,

It's in Extensions > Templates > Hot Architecture > Layout > Row Settings (button next to appropriate row) > Header/Subheader.

You must edit file <joomla>/templates/sparky_framework/library/c.php to change this.
