Environment setup incomplete

Hi
I have tried using the quickstart for a site.  I have previously used the J4 quickstart file and worked great.

Now I am getting the issue - image attached .  Tried another template and the same issue.

Any ideas please

Sorry - thought I had.  Just noticed file size would have been too large.

Just tested the Architecture template HotStart installation and it worked fine. It's probably an issue with your server configuration or browser cache.

Please re-download the template, CLEAR BROWSER CACHE, and try to install it again. You can try with a different browser as well.

cleared cache and downloaded, unziped, etc. Same issue

That goes for Chrome and Safari

Gave up and installed J4 - no issue.

I am not sure what it is, but it's probably an issue with your server. Please try the installation on another server.

Also, you can try to re-download the template files, but I don't think this will help.
