conflict with my hosting

Thanks for your early last reply.
My hosting have a conflict with architecture template, they told me: that the problem is in script:
/templates/hot_architecture/js/jquery.cookie.js HTTP/1.1
This sript is requiring a code that is outside of the server,and this activity is prohibited by they terms of use.
So, they block temporarily the visitor's ip after a while of being on my site ( www.decoinfantil.cl ).

This is the first time I heard it, and Architecture template has been used on many sites/hosts until now. Can you please tell me which part (what line) of /templates/hot_architecture/js/jquery.cookie.js require a code that is outside of the server?
