Forms

Hello,
I´d like to know which forms are used on the demo, so I can replicate on mine.
And finally, I checked with IE8 and Safari, that titles of all articles are way up, very close to the top menu buttons. Is there any way to move them down?

I am not sure, where you see the forms on the demo? There's only standard Joomla contact form and search form.

You top menu is misaligned in all browsers. You changed height of the .logo class (originally 114px). That makes top menu to look misaligned.

REgarding the forms, I mean this one

This is classic Contact form from Joomla core. It will be installed if you are using HotStart installation. Otherwise, create a new contact in Contacts component and make a menu item to it. This will make the form.

Sorry, but I cant see any contact form.
I created a new contactas you described, and then create a menu (not sure what type of the options)... can´t see that option!
