Can I make smaller typography and tabs in top menu

I would like to make the top menu tabs smaller and typography smaller too. Besides, typography in submenus is all in caps. How could I change that. Is it possible? I'm using Architecture template.

I gave you a hint in other thread. You must do it yourself if you want that.
