Same page different on browsers

When I check my web page with different browsers, results are different. Illustration is on picture. I know, browsers is not same, not same standard, but is possible to do something about that for template?

I think it's not about template. It's about flags module in JoomFish. Please check its settings and do modifications if needed.

That flag is from Joom!Fish and there I didn't see parameters for setting position. I think also, problem must be in that component,
