Hi,
Please I have custom some colors to the background, the topmenu and the main body. And I would not like these parametrizing effets to be changed.
What can i do to keep my own colors?

Where did you put that ; in template settings or in css?
If in css you can add !important to css property (color:Red!important;)

???
I do not totally understand what do you want.
In css that is usually defined in /templates/hot_architecture/css/layout.css
If you defined colors in template parameters there are rendered in style attribute of element and that has higher priority than css unless you put !important flag in css by the property.
