Does it exist a module conversion in other languages? may i use other joomla component to do it?

Hot Architecture is a template, not a module. You can use it on other languages in frontend with JoomFish component. Backend is only in english, so you will need to create your own language INI files to translate template backend.

i did it with joomla 1.6 and joomfish wont work i think.... thanks

This is not related to template. After HotStart installation you can install your language in Joomla and activate it. Download language files from extensions.joomla.org
