Unfortunately, i couldn't solve the problem with adding your code.

Here is the end of my index.php:
Code:
</div><!-- end girl --> <div class="clr"></div> <div class="footer_wrap"> <div class="footer">   </div> <div class="footer2"> <div class="footer2_pad"> &copy; 2010 Name // Homepage erstellt von <b><a href="http://www.site.com/">Text</a></b> </div> </div><div class="clr"></div> </div> <!-- end top bg --> <div style="clear:both"></div> <jdoc:include type="modules" name="debug" style="none" /> </body> </html>

Can you see another reason for this problem?

Thank you for your help!

Can't see the problem there. Please compress (zip) your index.php file, open a ticket and attach it here

I would like to add to this thread. We have the same problem on our website. As soon as I disable the modules at bottom (Reflection, Lightbox, Carousel and Joomla Gallery) the copyright notice appears halfway the page. We didn't change any php files and after testing it with a new Hot start template I see the same behavior.

What is the correct way to disable the black row at the bottom (we don't need it now)? Maybe I shouldn't disable modules but do something else?

Sorry, but perhaps you must have at least one module position from Bottom1-4 range published. The problem with footer is not fixable in Safari (as far as I know) if you unpublish all Bottom1-4 modules.
