Small logo missing from wrapper page and others

The small_logo module is missing from the wrapper. I've been searching around but can't work out how to include it.

Also, when I link to articles from the 'top menu' the small_logo does not appear but it does when I link to them from the 'main menu' (except in one case which has me quite confused).

Any information on this would be very helpful. Thank you.

Please make sure if the module is published on All pages. If it's not published on All pages, please make sure if the wrapper menu item is selected in the list of menu items in module parameters.

Thanks. Selecting the appropriate page from the list of items in the small_logo module settings sorted that.
