Footer Meny width and hover color

Hey there
Can someone tell me how to change the footer menus width so that all the footer menu links go across the width of the template as oppose to bunching up in 2 or 3 lines on the left side only?
Aldo where do you modify the the footer menu so the links can have a different hover color?
Lastly, how do I change the font of the top and footer menu?
