ok looks better but bar menu bar not looking right now, my setting in index.php are width 925 and height 160 .. is this the problem

Try this, change .header in layout.css and set height to 190px. Also, change height of this image /templates/hot_coffeine/images/header_bg_left.png to 190px in image editing software.

ok I changed the image to a darker image but size is more or less the same, its almost there but I think 190 for header_bg_left.png maybe causes the overlap at top now ..

You can increase padding-top in .logo class.

that seems to make it worse, that white box above the logo gets bigger and the gap at the bottom of the logo also gets bigger. I want that logo sitting in the middle of the white space so there is a couple of px above it (where the natural curve of the white background comes around if you see whatI mean)
