SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING. NEED HELP!

In the mod_mainmenu module manager, I am setting up the following:

Module Parameters:
Menu Name: topmenu
Menu Style: List

Start Level: 0
End Level :0
Always show sub-menu Items : Yes

Target Position: Empty

Advanced Parameters:

Show Whitespace: No

Caching: Use Global

Menu Tag ID: Empty
Menu Class Suffix: -nav
Module Class Suffix: Empty
Maximum Menu Depth : 10

How do I set this up to make the menu drop down?

Menu tag ID should be "nav" and menu class suffix empty. Please read this: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/blog/17-jooml...ems-and-subline-text

Please help I have the same question in relaiton yo getting a drop down menu from our coffeine template. i installed thru the onormal way, not hotstart. now i do not seem to see how to created drop down templates here. On your example on theat link provided in your reply, I found that there is a module called HOT MENU, if not mistaken, but i dont seem to have that module at all. How do I get it and will it help organise my menu at all?

No it's not a module. All you need to do is to:

1. Create your Menu with menu items in Joomla (as usual, in menu manager)

2. Place the Joomla's menu module in position user3 (in module manager)

3. Set all parameters of that module (in Module Manager) as it's explained on the link above.
