Cant run the joomla installation with HOT COFFEINE

I erased everything on my server, then I follow your instructions mentioned in the "HOT INSTALLATION TUTORIAL" but it never asked me about the server configuration, just to erase the installation file.
In the other hand I installed in the simple manner but the template is lack of the main menu!!

Please make sure that you DO NOT have configuration.php file in the root directory before you start installation.

No configuration.php file before installing hot!!
Tryed again and the same error!!!

Just checked on my computer, installation of the Coffeine works fine. Please send me screen shot of your FTP program and link of you site.
