Remove design by and open menu credits

Good afternoon coffeine purchase the template with the same and bought the license to remove all the credits, after installing the HotStart noticed that the credits continue.
What is the procedure to remove them.

Just delete module or change it's content . You can find it in module manager as module of type mod_custom (custom HTML).
