Are Images automatically resized in H.E.R.? was created by scottshort
Hi, building my site now and am getting ready to start inserting photo galleries. Will I have to resize all of my photos to exactly match the dimensions entered into Hot Effects Rotator control page? Or will the program do this for me?
I also have your Hot Image Slider component and was wondering the same thing for that one as well.
thanks
Scott

You don't have to, but it's recommended to resize them. If they are too big, site may load slower.

Thanks Milos. Do you recommend a maximum size for these photos? Is it best to term max size in either pixels or kb?

No minimum or maximum sizes. More size in kilobytes means slower loading. Usually, images should be 20-80 KB.
