Hot Effects Rotator Transitions Not Working

When I change the template theme (to JA Raite Dark Cyan), the H.E.R. starts acting very finicky during its transitions.

It reveals the background image in between transitioning, and isn't smooth at all. It also seems to jump back and forth between images without displaying them for the appropriate time.

On this site, Rotator looks fine to me.
