Hi, does the Hot Effects Rotator allow for multi-lingual image descriptions using JoomFish?

Sure, you can translate it. Go to JoomFish > Translate, select Modules and language from the drop-down lists. Hot Effects Rotator will appear on the list. Click it and enter translated text for the selected language.
