When adding Rotator images, it would be great to choose it as the starting image.
A more advanced update would be to choose the ordering of the images.
Are there any plans for such updates?

Hot effects rotator has slots so you can put images as you want in them. Are you talking about that module???

Yes, but after typing the info for each image, it would be nice to not have to re-write the data to other slots to get the desired ordering when new higher priority images/links arise in a dynamic environment.

Yes, that might be a smarter way of doing it, reorder the slots.
