Module is resizing my original photo!

my domain is yameanstudios.com and im looking for help with the Hot Effects Rotator and cant find the right location so hopefully i can recieve some assitnace here.

My module is set for width 1000 and my height 330. My image is 1000 x 300 however for whatever reason it is resizing it so that it doesnt stretch the entire 1000 and now my other arrow isnt on top of my image. I have tried adjusting the width of the photo as well as the module and its just not working for me. Any suggestions?

Never mind for whatever reason its working now..but any help on why its resizing my image?
