Hi,

Is it possible to configure Hot Effects Slider to change according to the resolution size? We have a dynamic template for Joomla and would like to make Hot Effects Slider picture dynamic as well.

No, it's not. This rotator rotates images, and as you know, images must have fixed width and height values.

How do most sites deal with this? Is there anything that can be done to help or not make it so noticable when the screen size changes?

You can experiment with this jQuery function:

docs.jquery.com/UI/Effects/Scale

but it's not so smooth scaling at all.
