Error message on the template panel

I have bought the portfolio template and try to install it on joomla 1.6. I am able to install it but have a message error in the template panel here's the message i have. I also try to install in on joomla 1.7 but same thing again. I've read on another post to replace the hotcolor.php file by another one but that's making me a fatal error.
If somebody could help me please

That is not error that is warning, infarct hot color works normally , just turn off error display in joomla.
