I installed the photo portfolio template payment, all right, but in the galleries of images made with the "Photo Gallery Plugin" I can not see: prev, next and close (x), but if you hover the links are as hidden but they work.

Please, I need support for this issue.

you will see ...:'plugins/content/photogallery/imag... in several places , insert / in following way:

...:'/plugins/content/photogallery/imag...

if that doesn't help put your site url before /:
...:'<your site url>/plugins/content/photogallery/imag...

This file type does not run on my pc.

You got it wrong, not html/plugins/content/plugin_photogallery/images - that is relative path on servers disk, you need to use web URL:

www.yoursite.com/plugins/content/plugin_photogallery/images
